18 years of age minimum.

Required Related Experience

Experience in preparing food for large groups.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and work for long periods of time in a kitchen, lifting of 25 lbs or less. Operate kitchen equipment such as a food slicer and dicer.


Employee will work 30 – 40 hours per week. May work day or evening shift; occasional weekend hours may be needed for rental groups.

Job Summary

Prepare food according to instructions given and by health dept. standards; ensure food is stored properly. Work with other cook staff to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen; adhere to camp policies and procedures.
