Flexible throughout the week, 15-20 hours, Thursday afternoons needed.

Job Summary

Acts as a receptionist for the Biology front office, answer phone, distribute mail, set-up and clean up refreshment carts for seminars and faculty meetings, assist with office supplies and copier issues, make deliveries, photocopying and collating documents, data entry, filing, scanning, and other duties as required.

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred but not required.
