Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50lbs, walking a substantial amount, kneeling, and reaching over.

Must be able to lift 50lbs and push carts of 75lbs or more

Shift

Typically 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts.

Potential for overtime. Some weekends and holidays will be required.

Job Summary

-Provide support to all clinical areas as it relates to the ordering, delivery and stocking of all patient related equipment and supplies.

-Read pick tickets and pull clean medical supplies from warehouse shelves

-Prepare orders for transport

-Assure quality and accuracy of orders

-Fill order requests in a timely manner to meet hospital needs

-Stack, palatalize, and label orders neatly for delivery

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Inventory, delivery, stocking, receiving, familiarity with medical terms, general computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel, the ability to use inventory control systems, answer phones, and deliver supplies.

Preferred Education/Experience

High school and six months of experience in inventory, stocking, receiving, warehousing, or related area.
