18 years of age minimum. High School education or GED

Required Related Experience

Experience in mowing, grounds maintenance, small equipment repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry repairs.

Required License/Registration/Certification

Current Driver’s License.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs or less. Will work indoor and out of doors.

Shift

Employee will work 30 – 40 hours per week. May work day or evening shift; weekend hours may be needed if rental groups are on property. Overtime hours may be necessary.

Job Summary

The position is open and we continually monitor for applicants as long as the position is currently posted. Job duties include mowing, trimming, trash removal, small equipment repair, room setup for group meetings, and other duties as assigned. Insurance may be available.

Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment.
