Preferred Education/Experience

REQUIRED: 18+ yrs old
Experience caring for/teaching children in a daycare, preschool, after-school, or elementary school setting (preferably a minimum of one year)
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Hours per Week

Don’t have a minimum for subbing. Some weeks we don’t need a sub, some times we need a sub for a whole week while someone is on vacation.
(8-40 hrs as the range.)

Job Summary


Substitute teachers work with the other teacher(s) in the classroom, to care for either preschoolers (ages 2-5) or K-5 students. Active supervision, collaboration, and interacting with students on their level are the main components of the job.

Enthusiastic, compassionate, interactive, positive, and dependable teacher who will take initiative and work cooperatively with others.
